采用單一來源采購方式的原因及說明：該院擬采購的藥學部臨床藥學研究所液相質譜串聯用血藥濃度聯檢試劑項目，參數為：1、利用高效液相串聯質譜技術（簡稱 LC-MS/MS）同時檢測包含西酞普蘭、安非他酮、羥基安非他酮、氯米帕明、去甲氯米帕明、氟伏沙明、度洛西汀、阿戈美拉汀、伏硫西汀、艾司西酞普蘭、文拉法辛、O-去甲文拉法辛、曲唑酮、舍曲林、米氮平、氟西汀、去甲氟西汀、帕羅西汀、米那普侖、米安色林、奮乃靜、氟奮乃靜、氟哌啶醇、奧氮平、去甲奧氮平、利培酮、9-羥利培酮、齊拉西酮、氯丙嗪、舒必利、氯氮平、去甲氯氮平、喹硫平、阿立哌唑、脫氫阿立哌唑、氨磺必利、布南色林、魯拉西酮、卡馬西平、苯妥英鈉、拉莫三嗪、丙戊酸、奧卡西平代謝物、丁螺環酮(None BZA)、坦度螺酮、胺碘酮在內的46種常用精神類藥物及其活性代謝物進行血藥濃度監測，幫助臨床分析用藥情況、判斷用藥效果、調整用藥劑量、促進合理用藥。2、檢測方法：液相色譜-串聯質譜法等。目前該院使用的設備型號為：AB4500質譜儀，本次采購的試劑是用于該機型檢測的專用試劑，由于該試劑受知識產權保護，不開放，第三方產品無法替代，屬于專機專用試劑且試劑具有唯一性，根據《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第三十一條，74號令，相關法律規定，同意單一來源采購。
